STEP 1 Check the availability calendar for available dates
STEP 2 Get in touch: Send us a message via the Contact form OR get an immediate quote using the Booking Enquiry form OR email or call us directly!
STEP 3 The Green Escape team will contact you to confirm the booking and organise a non-refundable,
non-transferrable, deposit payment of 20% of the total.
NB. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.
STEP 4 Booking will be confirmed and further details sent for your stay at The Green Escape
STEP 5 Balance amount to be paid six weeks ahead of arrival date. If the booking request is six weeks and under, then full payment is required at time of booking

20% Non-refundable booking deposit
Non-refundable booking deposit amount reduced from 30% - 20% of the total.
Balance payment due six weeks before holiday
The balance payment for the full amount will be due six weeks, instead of the usual three months, ahead of the holiday date. If the customer fails to pay the balance six weeks prior to the holiday start date, the booking will be cancelled.
Flexible Rebooking Policy
Guests may rebook their stay, up to one year of the original booking date, if The Green Escape location is unable to fulfil the booking.
School holiday reservations
There is a minimum three night stay on mid week bookings made during school holidays. Check in Monday, check out Thursday unless specified at time of booking.
Should there be government restrictions affecting socialising numbers, The Green Escape will adapt the site to accommodate groups that comply with guidelines at time of arrival.
We advise customers to obtain suitable holiday cancellation insurance that covers all eventualities.
Due to the low deposit, late balance payments and flexible rebooking policy, no refunds are available to the customer on any funds paid to the campsite (either the deposit or the balance payment).
