STEP 3  The Green Escape team will contact you to confirm the booking and organise a non-refundable,

                        non-transferrable, deposit payment of 20% of the total.  

                       NB. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.

STEP 4  Booking will be confirmed and further details sent for your stay at The Green Escape 

 

STEP 5Balance amount to be paid three months ahead of arrival date. If the booking request is under three months, then full payment is required at time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 20% booking deposit is non-refundable if guests decide to cancel their stay. 

• Cancelling up to three months ahead of your stay, The Green Escape will retain the 20% non-refundable deposit.

• Cancelling between three to two months in advance of your stay, refund 50% of balance payment 

• Cancelling two months and under, No refund offered

 

We are a fair, family run company. In the case you cancel your stay we will endeavour to rebook the site. If we are able to do so, then we are happy to refund in full. However if the site is not rebooked then the cancellation policy above applies.

INSURANCE 

We advise customers to obtain suitable holiday cancellation insurance that covers all eventualities.

WEEKENDS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 

Minimum 2 night stay required on weekends & school holidays. 

Minimum 3 night stay on bank holiday weekends.

High season rates apply to Christmas and New year period.
